I had my second Inauguration today. In my address I told every one about my Reconstruction Plan. There would be no repercussions from the Confederacy seceded, and I would welcome them home again. I hope to free the slaves, and find them a place to live, schools, and jobs. I have a personal gut feeling that the war will end soon, and we need to be prepared.
