The Confederacy has finally surrendered!
After years of fighting, and so many lives lost, it has all been put to an end.
Washington DC has already been beginning to celebrate, and to be honest, so
have I. I hope that after my term to move back to Springfield with Mary, and
since we haven't had a lot of time together because of the war. This is the
best new I have heard for a long time.
